Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
StableState LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of data associated with your use of StableState services, including data accessed through third-party platform integrations such as Facebook and Instagram.
When you connect your accounts to StableState services (for example, through Facebook Login or Instagram authorization), we may receive and temporarily process certain data on your behalf. You have the right to request deletion of this data at any time.
2. What Data We May Hold
Depending on which StableState services you have used and which permissions you have granted, we may hold the following types of data:
- Authentication tokens: OAuth access tokens used to interact with your connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Microsoft) on your behalf
- Account identifiers: Your user ID, page IDs, or account IDs from connected platforms
- Cached content: Temporary copies of posts, messages, insights, or media metadata accessed during task execution
- Task and session history: Records of actions performed by our AI agent on your behalf
- Contact information: Name, email address, and company name provided through our contact forms
Important: We do not persistently store the content of your social media posts, private messages, email bodies, calendar events, or files beyond the duration of the task being performed. Authentication tokens are stored securely in Azure Key Vault with encryption at rest.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option A: Email Request
- Send an email to privacy@stablestateit.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your account
- Specify which services or connected platforms you want data deleted for (e.g., "Facebook and Instagram data," "all data," or "Google Workspace data")
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days
Option B: Contact Form
- Visit our Contact page
- Select "Other" as your area of interest
- In the message field, write "Data Deletion Request" and specify the data you want deleted
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days
Option C: Written Request
- Mail a written request to: StableState LLC, 4380 67th Dr #1071, Union Grove, WI 53182
- Include your full name, email address, and a description of the data you want deleted
- We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request
4. What Happens When You Request Deletion
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
- Revoke and delete all stored authentication tokens for the specified platforms from Azure Key Vault
- Delete cached account identifiers and associated metadata from our databases
- Purge task and session history related to your account from Azure Cosmos DB
- Remove any stored facts or preferences associated with your account from our memory systems
- Delete contact information if requested
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use StableState services again after deletion, you will need to re-authorize your accounts.
5. Revoking Third-Party Access
In addition to requesting data deletion from StableState, you can independently revoke our access to your connected accounts:
- Facebook: Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find "PR Engine," and click Remove
- Instagram: Managed through the same Facebook Apps and Websites settings above
- Google: Go to Google Account Permissions, find "StableState," and click Remove Access
- Microsoft: Go to Microsoft Account App Permissions, find "IronFist Agent," and click Remove
Revoking access prevents StableState from making further API calls to your account. However, it does not automatically delete data already stored on our systems. To ensure complete deletion, please also submit a deletion request using one of the methods in Section 3.
6. Data Retention After Deletion
After processing your deletion request:
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the request
- Backups containing your data will be purged within 90 days
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you (e.g., total API call counts)
- We may retain minimal records required by law, such as the fact that a deletion request was made and fulfilled, for compliance purposes
7. Children's Data
StableState services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@stablestateit.com and we will delete it promptly.
